When I was in sixth grade, I remember there was only one computer for the whole class. Now, it seems, there is one laptop per sixth grader, well, at least in Bethelehem Area School District. With the help from Apple, sixth graders in Bethelehem Area School District are each receiving a laptop. How Much is Too Much?

This article talks about the problem parents are facing today with regards to their children spending too much time online. Not only are their children using computers more and more each year at school but they are having to come home and do their homework on a computer as well. Not to mention all the time they spend online after finishing their homework on socializing, play video games, blogging, etc. What are your thoughts?

Where to begin?

I would have to say that I am one of the worst writers out there. I truly have a hard time putting my thoughts into coherent words and sentences. Having said this, I never really saw myself as a prospective blogger. Many times in life, we are forced to come out of our comfort zone and this particular case, is no exception. However, there are loopholes!

Instead of making this blog about my self-expression, I have decided to dedicate it to other great writers. In this blog space, you will find articles dedicated to technology integration in the K-12 classroom.
